BLESTCLUB - TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY**

TERMS OF SERVICE 
1. Acceptance
By accessing www.blestclub.com ("Site"), you agree to these legally binding Terms. If disagreeing, cease use immediately.  

2. Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, imagery, designs) is BLESTCLUB’s exclusive property. Unauthorized use violates copyright/trademark laws (Act 98 of 1978).  

3. Eligibility
Purchasers must be 18+ and provide accurate account/payment details. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders.  

4. Products & Pricing
- Handcrafted luxury goods; colors/materials may vary.  
- Prices in *ZAR (excl. VAT). Duties/taxes are buyer’s responsibility.  
- *Authenticity Guarantee: Serial numbers/certificates accompany select items.  

5. Orders & Payment 
- Orders are binding upon payment confirmation.  
- Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, EFT.  
- We may cancel orders for pricing/description errors.  

6. Shipping & Delivery  
- Dispatch within *3 business days*. Signature required.  
- *Risk transfers* upon delivery. Delays due to customs/force majeure excluded.  

7. Returns & Exchanges 
As each BLESTCLUB piece is meticulously handcrafted to exacting specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges*. Every item embodies unique artistry and personalized craftsmanship, making standard return policies incompatible with our commitment to exclusivity. Clients are advised to review product details and dimensions thoroughly prior to purchase.  

8. Liability
- Goods sold "as is." Maximum liability capped at order value.  
- We exclude liability for Site interruptions or third-party actions.  

9. Governing Law 
Governed by South African law. Disputes resolved via arbitration in Johannesburg (AFSA rules).
